Welcome to Module 1!

Here you will learn a bit about the different kinds of homes, and homeownership, that are available to you. Along the way, you'll also start thinking about whether homeownership is right for you at this time. After you are done, you can decide if you want to continue with the rest of the course that goes into greater detail on the steps and processes of purchasing you own home. Finally, you can quit this course whenever you want if you feel homeownership is not right for you at this time.

By the end of this module you will:

• Understand the basic costs of homeownership

• Be familiar with the different kinds of homeownership and types of homes

• Start to decide if homeownership is the right choice for you
